Write like you mean it…

A little over a month ago, my story Leave the Light On found its way to being published in the anthology Monster Attack along with a number of other horror stories. While it’s not really a profit endeavor that led to me publishing that story in an anthology, it’s not a move that hasn’t been good for me.

In just a couple of days, I’ll be taking part in a whirlwind writing session for a good cause: March 12 is World Kidney Day and I’ll be taking part in a charity writing challenge to raise money and awareness for Polycystic Kidney Disease. Want to help? You can donate what you are able here. Donates benefit the PKD Charity. Samie Sands, who is both running the PKD writing challenged and is the mastermind behind Monster Attack, will also be compiling the challenge stories into an anthology. All profits for that anthology will go to the PKD Charity. My story will also be made available here at a later date.

So, if you are able, please donate. Otherwise, hang out and wait for me to announce the anthology.

Also, while I’m announcing delightful event goodness, put a big circle around March 28th. I will be in Adrian, MI at the Adrian Public Library for an Author Fair, from 11am – 2pm. I will be signing, drawing, whatever… doing what I do. Hope to see you out there.

More news about the writing challenge as it comes. I hope you’re as excited as I am.
